

Once you choose the available appointment time that best fits your needs, you will receive a link approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment. You will click on this link at your scheduled time and have a telehealth call with our board-certified nurse practitioner.

The medication options, your health history, possible side effects, basics of the program and any questions you may have will all be discussed.

4. Is treatment available in all 50 states?



No, we do not work take insurance, however if you would like, we can provide you with an invoice that you can submit for possible reimbursement through your HSA or FSA.

9. What is the cost of treatment and how does this differ from other companies?



The cost of treatment will vary based on medication, your dose and vial size you choose. Initial patients will start with an 8 week course of treatment. With this concierge service, you will have direct access to our providers as well as ongoing check ins to track your progress to ensure losing weight. Prices are competitive with the market based on this.

10. Do you charge a one time or monthly membership fee?



No, we do not charge any membership fees. We believe in providing exceptional service and transparency without locking you into unnecessary commitments.

No, that is one of the many great things about choosing Slim Care Concierge. We price our medication based on the vial size, not by the dose you are currently on.

12. What are my payment options?



Pay in Full Options:

If you prefer to pay in full, we accept Zelle and Venmo. All major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted with a small service fee. Just enter your card details at checkout for a seamless transaction.

13. Do you require labs?



No, we do not require labs for most patients to start a GLP-1 medication program. Our streamlined process is designed to make it easy and convenient for you to begin treatment without the need for additional testing.

When Labs May Be Needed

14. When will I receive my medication? Will all of my medication be sent upfront?



From the time the order is placed, the standard time to delivery is approximately 5 days. Once your order is processed at the pharmacy, your medication will be shipped via overnight shipping to ensure it arrives quickly and safely.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via text and email so you can monitor your package's journey.
Please note that the pharmacy does not ship on Fridays, weekends, or holidays. Orders placed after4:00 PM EST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays or shipping carrier delays.

15. How do I know what dose I will be prescribed?



Your dose will be determined by our licensed providers after carefully reviewing your intake form and medical history. The goal is to ensure the safest and most effective treatment plan for your needs. Here’s how it works:

1. If You Are New toGLP-1 Medications

If you have never taken a GLP-1 medication before, you will start on our Starter Program. This is required to gradually introduce the medication to your system and help prevent side effects, such as nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort.

2. If You Are Already Taking a GLP-1 Medication

Your dose will be based on how you are doing on your current dose. The provider will consider your progress, any side effects you’ve experienced, and whether the current dose is effective in helping you reach your goals.

3. Requesting a Dose Increase

If you are doing well but feel that a higher dose is necessary to continue progress, we can prescribe one dose above your current dose. This ensures a safe and gradual adjustment to your treatment plan.
